Two minutes to set up
Forward your line from your phone or your carrier’s website. Works with Spectrum, AT&T, Comcast, Verizon and most business phone systems. Turn it off any time.
Callonia picks up your restaurant’s phone, takes the order, charges the card and sends a delivery driver. In seven languages, every hour you’re open.
Built in Clearwater, Florida, for independent restaurants.
Tell us your restaurant’s name and your cell number. Then call our demo line from that phone and it will answer with your name, take an order and book a table, just like it would for your customers.
(727) 485-9180The same five steps your best host would take, on every call, including the ones that come in at the same time.
Friday rush, three lines ringing, staff in the weeds. Every call gets answered.
Knows your menu, sizes, toppings and specials, and suggests a drink or dessert the way a good server would.
The caller types the card on their keypad. The number never reaches your staff or the AI.
The ticket appears on your kitchen screen the moment the call ends.
For delivery orders, a driver is requested automatically and timed to when the food is ready.
Forward your restaurant’s existing number to your Callonia line. Your customers call the same number they always have, and every call gets answered, 24/7.

No more sending callers to delivery apps that take a cut of every order. The AI takes the order, charges the card and books the driver in the same call.
For catering or anything that isn’t an order, the call goes to the manager on shift. Their numbers stay private and only ring during their shift.
Marketplaces keep 15 to 30 percent of every order. With Callonia the order is yours: the customer pays a delivery fee, you cover at most $3 of the driver, and the rest of the money stays with you.
Starting at $4.99, quoted by the AI for each address before they order.
If a longer trip costs more, the difference goes to the customer, never to you.
Names and numbers of everyone who orders are in your dashboard, not a marketplace’s.
Example only. Callonia figure assumes card processing of 2.9% + 30¢ on a $50 charge and a $3 restaurant share of the driver fee, before your monthly plan. Marketplace commission rates vary by contract.
Hours, parking, allergens, gluten-free options, whether you have a patio. Anything you’d tell a caller.
Books tables straight into your reservation system and confirms them with the guest.
Mentions today’s special and suggests add-ons, so the average ticket goes up.
For anything that isn’t an order, the call goes to the manager on shift. If no one picks up, it takes a message.
Every phone order appears with items, notes, pickup or delivery time and payment status. Setup includes an Android tablet for it, and it also runs in any browser.
Who called, what they ordered, full transcripts, sales by hour and your best sellers. Live, from your phone.
No new system to learn. Every order prints on your kitchen printer and shows on the kitchen screen, already paid. Direct POS connections are coming soon.

A scheduled video or phone call at a time that works for you, wherever you are in the US.
Your menu, prices, hours, delivery area, voice and greeting.
You call it, try to break it, and we tune it until it sounds like your place.
Keep your number. Send every call, or only the ones you miss.
No. You keep your number and forward it to your Callonia line from your phone or your carrier’s website. It takes two minutes and you can turn it off any time. With most business phone plans, call forwarding is included.
Orders are always taken by the AI. For anything else, the call goes to the manager on shift. You set up to three managers with their shifts; their numbers stay private and only ring during their shift. If nobody is available, the AI takes a message and texts it to the next manager on shift.
Card processing comes out of each order through your own Stripe account, like any card payment. The customer pays a delivery fee starting at $4.99 and you cover at most $3 per delivery.
The caller types the card on the phone keypad. It goes straight to a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your staff, the AI and Callonia never see or store the number.
Extra minutes are billed at your plan’s rate. You get alerts at 80% and 100%, and the dashboard tells you when a bigger plan would cost less.
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime.
You don’t need to change anything. Orders show on the kitchen screen and print on your kitchen printer, already paid. A direct connection to POS systems like Toast, Square or Clover is on our roadmap; tell us which one you use.
Pick a time for a short call. We’ll set up a demo with your own menu so you can call it yourself before deciding.
